Bob English is a recognized leader known for finding ways to make organizations better and helping people reach their potential, Bob offers a unique blend of strategic vision, teambuilding, and global training expertise to organizations and individuals wanting to improve their results. 

Before joining the John Maxwell Team as a coach, trainer, and speaker, Bob was instrumental in Computer Science Corporation helping the Army exceed it’s goals in supporting soldiers during wartime. With business acumen and a logistics background, Bob successfully managed and grew projects supporting aviation, missile and computer systems at Redstone Arsenal. 

While serving for 30 years as an Army Logistician, Bob led small and large Army units and served on major Army staffs at the Pentagon and oversees. Using his accumulated expertise and experience, He directed the establishment of a Joint Task Force Headquarters base in the Horn of Africa in support of the War on Terrorism. 

At the Aviation and Missile Command at Redstone Arsenal, Bob used his leadership and people skills to facilitate the formation of the first Life Cycle Management Command in the Army. 

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Arkansas State University, a Masters of Business Administration from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts and Masters of Science from the National Defense University in Washington, D.C. Bob is currently president of the National Defense Industrial Association Tennessee Valley Chapter and sits on the board of the Association of the United States Army Redstone-Huntsville Chapter. He also maintains an active membership in Leadership Huntsville/Madison County Alumni Association.
